Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sunbiz Sentry (corporatefilingreportsentry.com), operated by Crabbe Diversified Services, LLC, Clearwater, Florida. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Sunbiz Sentry monitors public records of the Florida Division of Corporations for the business entities you add to your account and notifies you by email, and by text message if you opt in, when a monitored record changes. We check the state's published data daily; alerts depend on when the state publishes a filing, and we can't guarantee that every change will be detected or that an alert will arrive by a particular time.
Sunbiz Sentry is not affiliated with the Florida Department of State. Alerts are informational and are not legal advice. If you see a change you didn't authorize, contact the Division of Corporations and, where appropriate, an attorney or law enforcement.
Your account
Keep your login details private and your contact information current. Add only businesses you own, manage, represent, or otherwise have a legitimate interest in monitoring. Don't use the service to harass anyone or for any unlawful purpose.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. You can cancel within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing support@corporatefilingreportsentry.com for a full refund. See current prices on the pricing page.
SMS Terms (text message alerts)
- Program: Sunbiz Sentry Alerts. If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box (at sign-up or in account settings), we send text messages about the businesses you monitor (filing changes and annual report deadline reminders) and one-time codes when you reset your password. We do not send marketing messages.
- Consent is optional: you can use Sunbiz Sentry with email alerts only. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with how often your monitored businesses change; most customers receive a few messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also remove your number in account settings.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@corporatefilingreportsentry.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we never share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Crabbe Diversified Services, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a change we failed to detect or report in time, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date above and email account holders about significant changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
