Privacy Policy

Sunbiz Sentry (corporatefilingreportsentry.com) is operated by Crabbe Diversified Services, LLC, Clearwater, Florida ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and, if you choose to give it, your mobile phone number.
- Businesses you monitor: the Florida entities you add and the alerts we send you about them.
- Consent records: whether you opted in to text messages, and when.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are entered on and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.
The business filing data we monitor comes from the public records of the Florida Division of Corporations.
How we use it
- To provide the service: monitor the businesses you choose and send you alerts and reminders about them.
- To run your account: sign-in, password resets, billing, and customer support.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you add a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, we use that number only to send the alerts, reminders, and account security codes described in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your phone number in account settings.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Sunbiz Sentry, and only as needed for them to do so: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text message delivery), Mailjet (email delivery), and our hosting providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or users' safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. After you close your account we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons, and a record of your SMS opt-out so we can honor it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access to our systems is restricted.
Your choices
You can update your name, email, and phone number, and turn text messages off, in your account settings. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, email support@corporatefilingreportsentry.com.
Children
Sunbiz Sentry is a business service for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and notify account holders by email of significant changes.
